MAIL FORWARDING
No minimum or maximum levels are required, and our charges are transparent with no hidden fees:
- Per A4 letter forwarded by mail: postage costs plus 30%
- Per A4 letter scanned and emailed: £0.70 per side
- Large letters forwarded by mail: postage costs plus 35%
- Large letters scanned and emailed: £0.95 per side
- Parcels up to 20 kg: postage costs plus £3.15
We offer an SMS alert for each letter mailed at £0.10 per UK mobile number.
Storage of post is deducted from your postage fund:
- £0.10 per week for A4 letters
- £0.15 per week for Large Letters
Letters received for posting from your designated email address are charged at £1.25 per A4 letter plus postage.
We require a deposit of £25.00 against postal charges and will invoice you for a top-up when the deposit reaches £5.00. If the top-up is not paid, post will be held until payment is received. Flexible direct debit payment plans are available.
General invoices are sent at the end of each month and are payable within 7 days of the invoice date.
